Our doctors will take the time to understand your health needs and guide you to the best possible solution. Wherever you are in the world, you can feel confident your family is receiving the right care with vHealth.
Our doctors are available to consult in English, Spanish, French, Mandarin and Japanese, with additional languages available upon request. If you are eligible, consults are free and available as often as you require.
Two types of services are available:
(1) Video Consultations: book a video appointment with a doctor at a time that suits you
(2) Phone Consultations: request a phone consultation – the doctor will typically return your call within 2 – 4 hours
